Formerly with his own law firm, Hernandez is now a solo lawyer with a national consulting law practice with multistate presence.
We think that now that Mr. Hernandez has divided from the “Of Counsel” practice and is handling matters on his own now that the service that was lacking by the former management will be corrected. We approve of Mr. Hernandez but not of his former Of Counsel online volume practice run by his former partners.

I have known Alex R. Hernandez Jr. for almost 14 yrs. He’s not only a Great Attorney, a good friend. He always offers great advice. He’s super smart in many areas of the law. He takes great passion in helping people, when he fights he fights to win! My case didn’t involve a lot of money. I simply needed legal advice. Alex and his team of lawyers were very generous with their time, and gave me solid legal and common sense advice. With three small children, my husband and I decided it was long overdue to have our affairs put in order. The Law Offices of Alex Hernandez is making this uncomplicated and easy. They are taking time to explain the process and answering questions in a way that my husband and I understand. When you are in financial distress and physical pain it is difficult to think clearly and make good decisions . That, in addition to not understanding a legal process complicates matters even more. This Firm explained the law, outlined in clear language the steps in the process that where needed to be done. They were reassuring, articulate, knowable and effective. This process was one word “easy”. ARH Law is so great at what they do! We needed a will and felt a little overwhelmed, but they explained the process thoroughly in layman terms. You can tell they truly love their jobs and care about their clients. I know I will use them again for future will, trust and estate planning.
