this is a scam and theft of your money by the use of alex hernandez law firm by gary magnuson a partner. many people according to their EX HR has had their money taken and never returned, and nothing done on their case..as i am one of them i can say it is true for me .they took my money and did nothing. I asked for my refund and still have not got it and it has been 7 months.they will tellyou they will contact management but wont tell you who that is… well it is GARY MAGNUSON AS ALEX HAD LEFT THE FIRM AND HE WAS CONTUNING ON AS IT WAS STILL THE SAME LAWFIRM. AS HE CAN STEP AWAY AND NOTHING CAN GET HIM DUE TO NOT BEING HIS NAME. ALEX HERNANDEZ IS NOW IN MANAGEMENT. I HOPE HE HANDLES THE ISSUES. BUT I WOULD FIND ANOTHER PLACE JUST IN CASE

Seek new management, pay all past due wages and refund clients

Pros:

The best of the firm was the employees and administrative staff who are team players and worked their butts off.

Cons:

The WORST OF THE FIRM was THE MANAGEMENT AND the theft of administrative staff, paralegal and attorney wages with thousands still owed for work completed. Also the THEFT of client retainers where clients are conned into signing a contract and paying a retainer with the firm having no attorneys to work the cases and performing no services for client’s and refusing to refund the retainer.

Partners to Avoid and Why:

Gary Magnuson who is the leader of the scam and who single handedly drove the firm into the ground.

The fact that I no longer have to work with or for Gary Magnuson

This entire place is a scam. They steal peoples money. Don’t do anything to help them. Don’t work on your case. Won’t call you. They don’t pay their attorneys/people who work for them. SCAM!!Cons:
